Join the Cider Institute for a comprehensive introduction to cider and perry production combining self-paced study, live expert instruction, sensory training, and practical industry insight.

The course runs from May 6 through July 22, 2027, with live virtual sessions every Thursday from 9:00–10:30 a.m. Pacific / 12:00–1:30 p.m. Eastern. Sessions are recorded for participants unable to attend live.
